Since my sole experience with a legal action was a nascent “Lemon” lawsuit, I was at first reluctant to take action after a catastrophic head-on crash on Alligator Alley.
Given my daughter’s strong recommendation of Todd Poses, a friend’s colleague, we at first met Todd on a Zoom conference with the others also injured in the wrong-way accident which was not our fault.
Todd served as attorney, counselor, confidant and beneficent friend. He walked us through the unfamiliar landscape of a potential lawsuit, hoping for a claim to settle our issues amicably. I met Todd Posses 9 years ago when Mariano, my step son, had a motorcycle accident. He was recommended by very trusted friends. He answered our call immediately and gave advice to my son by phone about how to proceed since the very beginning. Todd came to our home after Mariano was released from the hospital with serious injuries that made it impossible for him to move for a while until his operation and recovery.
